RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Please do not return products without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be returned within 30 days after delivery;
• Be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received;
• Include all accessories, manuals and original packaging;
• Include proof of purchase or the order number.

You may carefully inspect the product as you would in a physical store. We may reduce the refund if the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If you return a product because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product or no longer want it, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost.

We do not provide a prepaid return label for change-of-mind returns.A €3.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.

For customers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal within the European Union, we will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing express or another premium delivery method are not refundable.

For voluntary returns made after the statutory withdrawal period but within our 30-day return period, the original delivery charge is not refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us at ecomers@tmniknat.shop and provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the problem;
• Clear photos or video showing the issue and the packaging.

For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Tmniknatshop OÜ will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For customers exercising the statutory EU right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back.

For voluntary returns outside the statutory withdrawal period, approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons cannot be accepted after their sealed packaging has been opened, where permitted by applicable law.

SALE ITEMS

Sale and discounted products may be returned under the same conditions stated in this policy unless otherwise clearly indicated before purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law, including the legal guarantee for goods that are defective or not as described.
